This hand stitched leather axe loop allows you to carry your axe much more easily and safely than sticking it straight through your belt. It has a press stud strap so that you can secure your axe when not in use to keep it very secure.

It can either be worn on your belt or attached to your rucksack,  making the axe easily accessible yet safely stored.

Our new style of axe cover is designed to fit the 3 most common of the Gransfors axe range. The Gransfors carving axe, Gransfors small forest and the Gransfors wildlife axe.

These covers not only keep the edge of your axe protected, but  also allow you to use the poll of your axe for knocking in pegs etc in a safe manner. The typical cover with the strap closure tends to get damaged when used for this task so tends to be removed, this then makes the hammering action much more dangerous as the sharp cutting edge is exposed.

These cases are also a neater more compact sheath which makes it easier to stow in your pocket and is a better fit on the head itself. They are handstitched for durability and protection of the cutting edge as rivetted axe covers tend to damage the edge as they wear through and the rivets become exposed.

Hand stitched leather pouch with brass stud closing on flap and brass D links from which there are two belt loops for attachment.

These attachments drop the pouch lower than belt line and allow the pouch to move independently to your body so it won't dig in when sitting down around camp. You can choose whether these are either fixed droppers or poppered droppers to make it easier to remove the pouch from your belt when getting in your hammock etc.

Ideal as a store for your tinder, fire steel or other possibles, it can be made the same colour as your knife sheath etc.

This hand stitched leather possibles pouch came about as a request from a farmer. He required a possibles pouch that had a standard belt loop for his belt, but that was large enough for his note book and mobile phone.

We designed this pouch for his requirements and found that the squared shape was better for certain objects and the slightly deeper dimensions made it easier to get bigger items in and out.

Great for bigger tools, a small field guide or your bushcraft gadgets.
